A novel Taxa-specific rRNA-FISH probe for Cladosporium (Ascomycota: Davidiellaceae).
In this work a novel taxon-specific probe to detect Cladosporium was designed in silico. Probe specificity was evaluated experimentally using various model microorganisms belonging to different phylum and taxa.
