| Summary: | O presente estudo de dissertação insere-se no âmbito do curso de Mestrado em Educação, na especialidade em Supervisão Pedagógica. Pretendeu-se estruturar e implementar um conjunto de acções de supervisão e acompanhamento de educadores com o objectivo de fomentar o trabalho colaborativo e tentar compreender qual a influência destas acções no desenvolvimento profissional e na mudança do desempenho das práticas educativas dos educadores de um jardim-deinfância. A concepção, a implementação e o desenvolvimento e das acções de supervisão e acompanhamento, foram desenvolvidas pela própria investigadora pelo que se adoptou um desenho de investigação - acção. Os instrumentos de recolha de dados utilizados foram: a observação directa, entrevistas semi-estruturadas, documentos reflexivos das educadoras, a técnica de focus group e um diário de campo da investigadora. Para a realização do estudo, foram considerados nove participantes, ou seja a totalidade dos docentes da instituição referida neste estudo; ABSTRACT: The present study is inserted in the scope of the course of Masters in Education, in the specialty in Pedagogical Supervision. It was intended to structure and implement a set of supervision and accompaniment tasks of kindergarten teachers with the objective of promoting the collaborative work, as well as to understand the influence of these tasks in their professional development and in the performance change of their educational practices. The conception, development and qualitative procedures’ evaluation of the supervision and accompaniment tasks were developed by the investigator herself, and thus a method of inquiry - action was adopted. The following instruments of data research were used: direct observation, semistructured interviews, documents of the kindergarden teachers’ reflections, focus groups technique and a diary of the investigator. For the accomplishment of the study, nine participants have been considered, meaning the total number of teachers of the establishment referred to in this study.
