Design and tolerance analysis of a 5.7 GHz chip-size microstrip antenna on high resistivity silicon

This paper reports the FEM model, design, fabrication and characterization of a square patch antenna built on high-resistivity silicon (HRS) for operation at 5.7 GHz.
