| Summary: | Dia 9/12, comemoração a nível mundial do Dia Internacional Contra a Corrupção. Declarado pela ONU a partir da Convenção das Nações Unidas Contra a Corrupção, em vigor desde 14/12/05. No passado dia 5/12 tivemos na ESG/IPCA um Seminário dedicado à Fraude e Corrupção com o Sr. Procurador-Inspector do Ministério Público Jorge dos Reis Bravo. Uma das principais conclusões foi que, de acordo com o Princípio Geral Constitucional de Anti-Corrupção, o Ensino Superior, v.g., tem obrigação de colocar os seus meios de lecionação e investigação também ao serviço da prevenção da corrupção. Declared by the UN from the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, in force since 14/12/05. On 5/12/12, we had a Seminar on Fraud and Corruption at the ESG / IPCA with Attorney-Inspector Jorge dos Reis Bravo. One of the main conclusions was that, according to the General Constitutional Principle of Anti-Corruption, Higher Education, for example, has an obligation to put its teaching and research resources at the service of preventing corruption. Well, there are journalists and opinion writers who have reported cases of corruption and illegality.
