Resumo:This presents the report and analysis of a continuing education project designed for teachers of basic education. The project – named Education and Citizenship – was designed from the perspective of paradigm-dialogic communicative rationality, which assumes that, in order to train teachers, pedagogical practice should be object of research and knowledge building, based on collective work, sharing experiences and knowledge and personal and professional development.
