| Summary: | Em 28/2/14 publicámos o título “A Justa Causa no Despedimento”. Aí referimos a importância fulcral do art. 53º da CRP-Constituição da República Portuguesa, o qual tem por título “Segurança no emprego”: “É garantida aos trabalhadores a segurança no emprego, sendo proibidos os despedimentos sem justa causa ou por motivos políticos e ideológicos”. / On 2/28/14 we published the title “The Just Cause in Dismissal”. There we refer to the central importance of art. 53 of the CRP-Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, which is entitled “Employment security”: “Employment security is guaranteed to workers, and dismissals without just cause or for political and ideological reasons are prohibited”.
