| Summary: | This report aims to present the work that has been developed throughout the internship in the Portuguese Football Federation. First it is presented a characterization of the host institution, not only on its legal framework, but also on how it works. Then it’s revealed the work done during the internship, which consisted mainly in the preparation of a study about the publication of the disciplinary decisions in the official Portuguese Football Federation’s web site, of bout sections, professional and noun-professional football, by the Disciplinary Board. This paper has his own division by chapters, (1) introduction of the theme himself and in the world of the Portuguese Football Federation, (2) conceptions of the paper’s key words: “personal data”; “treatment of personal data”; the principles, duties and obligations of the person who the data belong and the responsible for their treatment, (3) our thesis based on the formal opinion of the “Nacional Commission of Data Protection” and the constitutional rights of the Portuguese Constitution and other law. What is expected with this work is an alternative way for the publication of the disciplinary decisions in the web site of the Portuguese Football Federation, in a way that the citizen right of a private and intimacy life and the protection of the personal data, are respected.
