| Resumo: | A Universidade e Ensino Superior perseguem o interesse público (art. 76º da Constituição da República Portuguesa). Portugal ratificou a Convenção das Nações Unidas Contra a Corrupção, sendo que a mesma vigora cá nos termos do art. 8º da CRP. Assim, a prevenção da corrupção – como princípio geral constitucional de anti-corrupção que faz parte da CRP – e, nomeadamente o seu ensino através de diversos graus científicos, aulas e congressos, bem como simpósios, conferências e palestras, etc., é uma obrigação constitucional no ensino superior português. § The University and Higher Education pursue the public interest (article 76 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic). Portugal has ratified the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, and it is enforced here under art. 8th of the CRP. Thus, corruption prevention - as a general constitutional principle of anti-corruption which is part of the CRP - and in particular its teaching through various scientific degrees, classes and congresses, as well as symposia, conferences and lectures, etc., is a Constitutional obligation in Portuguese higher education.
