Summary: | There is a growing need to implement and evaluate the technological solutions that allow the early detection of age-related adverse outcomes, as frailty, and enable assessment of lifestyle habits that can be maintain or improved to prevent such adverse outcomes. In this study, the sample are composed by older adults aged 65-80 years, recruited from community, and invited to use an electronic de-vice ACM Kronowise® 2.0. This electronic device allows a proactive and con-tinuous monitoring of circadian health, physical activity and sleep and eating hab-its. The participants used this device during a period from seven ato ten days. At the end, the participants were invited to express their experience and satisfaction with their use, functionality, awareness of healthy habits and usefulness of tech-nologies in health. Data provided from these questionnaires can be used as a set of guidelines in the selection of suitable technological equipment for older adults. Understanding their perception about the use of technology is crucial to optimize design, application and improve educational strategies that may reduce caregiver burden. In our view, the implications of this study' findings for clinical practice include the possibility to develop and validate tools for improve older' people lifestyle and timely prevention of frailty progress.
