| Resumo: | RESUMO A Estrutura Ecológica é considerada um instrumento de gestão que tem como base a descrição das áreas, valores e sistemas fundamentais para a proteção e valorização ambiental dos espaços rurais e urbanos, designadamente as áreas de reserva ecológica. A dissertação tem por objetivo principal analisar como está inserido o conceito de estrutura ecológica municipal no contexto dos Planos Diretores Municipais, e como é feita a interpretação desse mesmo conceito. Outro objetivo deste trabalho foi focar no recurso hídrico e verificar no Plano Diretor Municipal a presença de medidas referentes ao recurso. O Plano de Gestão de Região Hidrográfica (PGRH) foi outro documento de análise para verificar se as medidas deste plano estavam presentes no plano municipal. Em termos práticos deste trabalho, os recursos Hídricos veio a verificar que é uma componente das áreas delimitadas na Estrutura Ecológica. Surgindo assim a existência de áreas com valor de proteção e preservação de modo a que haja um ecossistema equilibrado. As medidas adotadas ao longo da linha de água não vai havendo grande variação como era de esperar. Em relação as medidas do PGBH com as medidas de alguns PDM, verifica-se que os municípios não estão a dar relevância as medidas das fichas do Plano. Palavras-Chaves: Estrutura Ecológica, Domínio Hídrico, PDM e PGRH ABSTRACT Ecological Structure is considered a management tool that is based on the description of the areas, values and systems fundamental for the protection and environmental valuation of rural and urban spaces, namely the ecological reserve areas. The main objective of this dissertation is to analyze how the concept of municipal ecological structure is inserted in the context of the Municipal Master Plans and how the concept of the same concept is interpreted. Another objective of this work was to focus on the water resource and verify in the Municipal Master Plan the presence of measures related to the resource. The Hydrographic Region Management Plan was another analysis document to verify if the measures of this plan were present in the municipal plan. In practical terms, the water resources came to verify that it is a component of the areas delimited in the Ecological Framework. The existence of areas of protection and preservation value thus arises, so that there is a balanced ecosystem. The measures taken along the water line are not going to vary widely as expected. In relation to the measures of the PGBH with the measures of some PDM, it is verified that the municipalities are not giving relevance to the measures of the Plans of the Plan.
