Resumo:The Professional Internship report is inserted in the 2nd year of the Master's in Physical Education teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. The Professional Internship is characterized as the outcome of initial training in the teaching profession, being a privileged space for the transfer of acquired knowledge to the practical and real context. This document depicts the evolutionary process of a physical education trainee teacher, in a school context, throughout the school year. These experiences, achieved through the provision of Physical Education classes to a class in the 10th grade, meet the difficulties encountered, the strategies implemented and the results, lessons, and lessons learned. This process was monitored by the FADEUP Internship Advisor and the Cooperating Professor at the Cooperating School. This document consists of 5 chapters, which are the Introduction, the Personal Framework, the Institutional Framework, the Realization of Professional Practice, and the Conclusion and Future Perspectives. The Realization of Professional Practice chapter includes the Action-Research Project entitled Teaching styles and student motivation: an applied study in secondary education.
