| Resumo: | O crime de injúria, ameaça ou a prática dum ilícito contra qualquer trabalhador, como o abuso de poder que falámos aqui no dia 20/1/17, p. 20, com o objectivo mais ou menos encapotado de interpor, ao receptor da mensagem ou a um terceiro, um processo disciplinar e/ou visando manipular razões para o despedir, ainda se torna mais grave, no que concerne à violação de Direitos Fundamentais, no caso do alvo ou alvos serem sindicalizados. § The crime of injury, threat or the practice of an unlawful act against any worker, such as the abuse of power that we spoke here on 20/1/17, p. 20, with the more or less overriding objective of bringing a disciplinary proceeding and / or attempting to manipulate reasons for dismissal to the recipient of the message or to a third party, becomes even more serious as regards the violation of fundamental rights, if the target or targets are unionized.
