Resumo: | The current document was written in the scope of the professional internship of the second cycle of study of the masters in Physical Education of Basic and Secundary Schools of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. The professional internship is a supervised teaching practice with the objective of providing real life contact and experience with the day-to-day life of a Physical Education teacher. The internship was at the Penafiel's Highschool, accompanied by two fellow interns and two duly specialized professionals, one being in the boards of the school and the other one came from the faculty. This document is the "Internship Report", it details the experiencies gained during the time at the school and the strategies implemented by the teacher to solve the challenges we encountered, having them both contributed to our personnel and professional development. Referring to the objectives as a teacher, we focus the end goal of creating an environment that strives to help the students perform better at learning the tasks at hand and enjoy them, so that they are more enticed to practice sports outside of school. This was a gradual process along the three terms. During the first term, approaches to the ongoing pandemic of SARS-COV-II were implemented, like individual sport practices. During the second term, our approach was centered around catering teaching practices focused on the students. During the third term, the necessity of envolving the students in teaching-learning process arouse, with the goal of making them having their own time of reflexion, responsibility and creativity. Finally, a study was conducted to analyse the student skill's at volleyball, by using the hybrid methods Sport Education Model and the Sport Progressive Approach Model.
