Committed to ensure Hidro concep’s effective succession to the next generation a draft of a Succession Plan will be elaborated taking into account the inputs from the literature review and qualitative data collected from the family members. After presenting and discussing the first draft a revised version of the Succession Plan will be elaborated considering the recommendations of the members involved. |
