Summary: | The practicum is assumed as the last level of initial training. It proves to be a fundamental year in the academic career of future teachers, since the academic knowledge previously acquired is applied, in a real context of pedagogical practice. Throughout the year the student-trainee is confronted with expectations and various challenges that will certainly test beliefs about teaching. The reflection about the pedagogical action and the themes inherent to the practice will be decisive in the construction of the teaching identity and the development of professional competences. This document portrays my trajectory as a student-trainee and the difficulties encountered, as well as the process of reflection and decision-making regarding teaching. The report is organized into six chapters: the first, called "Introduction", contextualizes the document; the second, "Personal Framing", includes my motivations that led me to choose this profession and initial expectations regarding the Professional Internship year; the third chapter, "Institutional Framework", characterizes the context in which the Professional Internship took place; the "Operational Framework" is the fourth chapter and is divided into three areas ("Area 1 - Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning", reflects on the design and planning of multilevel education, "Area 2 - Participation in School and Relations with the Community", describes the extracurricular activities in which I have been involved during the school year, and " Area 3 - Professional Development ", which includes moments that contributed to my training); Chapter Five presents the "Research Study" allusive to the issues of the motivational climate in physical education classes; Finally, the sixth chapter contains a final reflection on the Professional Internship year.
