| Resumo: | Este trabalho visa analisar e entender o modo como a evolução dos parâmetros climatéricos, sobre a água doce poderá influenciar o território da UE, os seus cidadãos e actividades, atendendo à extensão do citado território, da diversidade cultural, da especificidade de cada região, mas acima de tudo derivado ao facto de a União Europeia, ainda não ter terminado o seu processo de integração política, onde conflituam ainda interesses nacionalistas, tal como a recente crise económica veio comprovar. Visa ainda aprofundar em particular a situação da Península Ibérica, atendendo a que as relações entre Portugal e Espanha sobre as questões da água nunca foram pacíficas. Procura-se ainda determinar os eventuais mecanismos de resolução da gestão dos recursos hídricos, mas também dos eventuais conflitos entre Estados membros em particular entre Portugal e Espanha, indicando os prováveis pontos de conflitualidade, percebendo a sua motivação e abrangência das implicações que dai poderão advir; ABSTRACT: This paper aims to analyze and understand how the evolution of climatic parameters on freshwater can influence the EU, its citizens and activities, given the extent of that territory, cultural diversity, the specificities of each region, but above all derived the fact that the EU has not yet completed its process of political integration, where still exists nationalists interests, such as the recent economic crisis has to prove. It also aims to study the particular the situation of the Iberian Peninsula, since the relations between Portugal and Spain on water issues were never peaceful. It seeks to further determine the possible mechanisms for the resolution of water resource management, but also from possible conflicts between Member States in particular between Portugal and Spain, indicating the likely points of conflict, perceived their motivation and scope of the implications that can appear.
