Summary: | The Professional Internship should be viewed as the last and the first step for the teaching profession. The obstacles, experiences and challenges that the Student-trainee experiences during this time are fundamental for his professional development, as well as for the construction of his identity as a teacher of Physical Education. This report is structured by chapters, with a total of seven chapters.The first chapter is Introduction, where the purpose of the preparation of this document is evidenced; the second concerns the Personal Framework, where a brief presentation of the Student-Trainee is carried out and where the reasons that led to the choice of this profession, as well as the expectations of the Professional Internship, will be mentioned; the third chapter, the Institutional Framework, is where the whole Internship process will be characterized, the characterization of the environment in which it was carried out, as well as all the intervenients that influenced the teaching experience: the Internship Center, the Cooperating Teacher and the assigned Classes; the fourth chapter is related to the Operational Framework, where a deep reflection about the process is carried out, and is divided into three main areas, being Area 1 - Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, Area 2 - Participation in School and Relationship with the community and Area 3 - Professional Development; the sixth chapter refers to the Future Perspectives, where a general reflection about the entire Internship process will be carried out, highlighting their importance and their value to the Trainee Student, not eliminating the application of the personal aspect; the seventh chapter will be devoted to the Bibliographical References and finally, to the Annexes.
