Phenolic profiles of Portuguese olive fruits (Olea europaea L.): influences of cultivar and geographical origin

The phenolic compounds present in 29 samples of olive fruits were analysed by reversed-phase HPLC/DAD and/or HPLC-DAD/ ESI-MS/MS.
