He was the founder of 3 Medical Departments in 3 different portuguese cities. He sought after the generalization of the use of endoscopy as a diagnostic and treatment procedure paved on a strong educational foundation. Rafael Lomba Viana died on 19th November 2019, leaving a huge work worthy of applause. |
