Resumo: | The school placement is the end of teacher´s initial training cycle and the beginning of the integration in working life, where the pre-service teacher is confronted the professional reality. The practicum report constitutes the climax of this stage and intends to document and to reflect about the entire journey as preservice teacher (the author). This document is subdivided in 7 chapters: (1) Introduction, where a contextualization of the entire document is performed; (2) Personal Background, which addresses personal and biographical issues, as well as the initial expectations and significance of the school placement ; (3) Institutional Framework, where a characterization about the practicum is made, taking into account the Cooperating School, the Physical Education-group , the practicum group as well as the Classes of students; (4) professional practice, which is divided in 3 major topics: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, including design, planning, practice and evaluation, as well as the research study "Impact of autonomy and personal and social responsibility on improvement of student's motivation levels", School Participation and Community Relationship, which contains information about extra-curricular activities and Professional Development; (5) Conclusions, summarizing the reflection regarding the school placement and the document.
