Summary:This document is the culmination of a phase, and for this reason the first phrase that can be read is: "As for the future, it is not about predicting it, but about making it possible", because, after the conclusion of my Professional Internship and the Internship Report, it is time to close this stage, and seek and respond to new challenges in the job I have chosen. The writing of this document allowed me to reflect, analyze and relive, through words, on my journey to this point, recognizing the importance of the theoretical learning acquired in my training, which I utilized this school year, as a trainee teacher in a city school of Porto. This will be an account of the unique and daily difficulties, challenges and experiences that occurred inside and outside the classroom, with all the elements of the school environment, allowing me to learn the process of personal transformation, as well as building what may become my professional identity. The document is organized into six major chapters: the first is Introduction; the second focuses on the personal dimension and framework; in the third, I will describe the institutional framework; in the fourth, I'll describe the operational framework, being subdivided into three areas, organization , management of teaching and learning, participation in school and community relations, and professional development; in the fifth chapter, I present the study I carried out in the context of inclusive physical education, where I tried to understand the opinion of teachers about physical education and the inclusion of students with special educational needs; in the sixth and final chapter i conclude through a letter that demonstrates a full cycle and presents my intentions and future plans.
