| Summary: | The game model, the sport training exercise, observation and the coach's leadership capability are assumed to be fundamental factors for the operationalization of the training process. The objective of the presented internship are based on this premiss. This report aims to dissert and reflect the professional experiences of an internship process. For this purpose, we reflected on different thematics such as the leadership of the coach, the game model, the sport training exercise and the game observation. Accordingly, we realized a study that aims to control the training process according to the game model promoted by the coach and practiced by the team. The final considerations in relation to the experiences show that the thematics explored in this document are key elements in the training process. The study allowed to verify that the game model idealized by the coach was largely in line with the practised game by the team. Although, it was also observed that no suficient attention was paid to the results obtained through the first observations, which resulted in a process of stagnation / regression in the development of the specific playing style of the team.
