Resumo:The following project work describes a development of a business concept for a potential company start-up. The project is called A.T. Business which stands for Amin and Taoufik, the two heads of venture creation. A.T. Business’s main entrepreneurial idea is to import high quality Argan oil into the Swiss market and sell it through different distribution channels in the upper luxury market. To analyze such entrepreneurial idea, I decided to divide my work into four main chapters. The first one treats the opportunity recognition with focus on the market, the competitors. The second chapter is about the business concept development which should reveal important factors about the A.T. Business’s strengths and weaknesses. The third chapter treats the question of the resources needed for such a project and how to acquire them. Least but not last, the fourth chapter is about the business implementation. Here a product testing will be iv conducted throughout surveys. A realistic financial forecast will unfortunately not be possible as the project is only on its way to be realized. The business concept development is written in a descriptive way based on the assumption of the rightness of the sources used. Especially for the market research it is impossible to have all information available. Thus, some of the assumptions were based on theory which brings of course a risk of biases with it.
