Description
Summary:The Professional Internship is the reflection of the whole academic formation. This is where students and future professionals face the real context of teaching and carry out the transference of theory to practice, being responsible for the teaching-learning process of a class. All this process has been the subject of constant reflection in the search for a better intervention, providing students with meaningful learning. The Professional Internship took place in a School in São João da Madeira, in a nucleus made up of three trainee students. My pedagogical practice was under the teaching of two classes: 5th grade and 8th grade. In addition, I was able to follow a class direction and a School Sports team. This is how the Internship Report is divided into 6 chapters: Introduction, which presents the purpose of the Internship Report; the Biographical Framework, which presents a reflection on my past experiences, the initial expectations and the actual context of the stage; the Framework of Professional Practice, where I describe the school, its context, the internship nucleus, the relationship with the community and the group; the Professional Practice Realization that describes the course and reflection about the Professional Internship and which is divided into three performance areas. (Area 1: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning; Area 2: Participation in School and Community Relations; Area 3: Professional Development); the Research-Action Study carried out on my resident class, which appeared before all the aspects that characterize the students who are part of it. Thus, a study is presented whose theme is: Teaching Strategies for a Better Classroom Management and Prevent Indiscipline Behaviors. Finally, a conclusion is presented that portrays the meaning that the Professional Stage had for me.
