| Summary: | RESUMO: Existe uma ligação muito próxima entre o crime de fraude fiscal e o crime de branqueamento por exemplo de capitais. Desde logo o crime de fraude fiscal é um crime e/ou ilícito primário que pode dar origem ao crime secundário de branqueamento por exemplo de capitais. Também nos casos reais relacionados com a corrupção em sentido amplo que têm vindo a público por intermédio da comunicação social são os crimes de fraude fiscal e branqueamento de capitais, crimes irmãos praticamente inseparáveis. Normalmente um anda associado ao outro. Depois de se cometer o crime de fraude fiscal é necessário branquear/lavar o dinheiro e/ou vantagens adquiridas. Ora, também é consabido internacionalmente que o terrorismo anda associado aos ilícitos anteriores devido à sua forte necessidade de financiamento. Tanto maior quanto mais sofisticada for a preparação dos atentados terroristas. Muitas vezes verdadeiros actos de declaração de guerra. Como prevenir isto?
