Sim, desde que fiscalizados exclusivamente por Doutores e não por “especialistas” de duvidosa ou nenhuma qualidade (pela 70ª vez repetimos que há que distinguir Especialistas de Interesse Público e qualidade, de “especialistas-oportunistas”). Na 6ª Feira passada, devido ao alerta dum nosso amigo sindicalista, sabíamos que o relatório da OCDE sobre o ensino superior português iria insistir nas chamadas Universidades-Politécnicos-Fundações Públicas de Direito Privado, rectius FPDP. Mas como logo sugeriu o SNESup: “Relatório sobre o superior é ‘encomenda poltítica’ / Sindicato Nacional do Ensino Superior estranha proposta para o alargamento do regime fundacional feita pela OCDE”, por Samuel Silva, Público, 18/2/2018. § PhD in Polytechnic Universities? Yes, since they are supervised exclusively by Doctors and not by "experts" of doubtful or no quality (for the 70th time we repeat that we must distinguish Specialists of Public Interest and quality from "specialists-opportunists"). Last Friday, due to the warning of our trade union friend, we knew that the OECD report on Portuguese higher education would insist on the so-called Universities-Polytechnic-Public Foundations of Private Law, rectius FPDP.
