Em 2016 é notificado que o Tribunal lhe dá inteira razão. Em 2018, face ao recurso da parte derrotada, aguarda a decisão da segunda instância. Há quase 7 anos que espera pela decisão final e isto ainda se pode prolongar... Quantos milhares de situações haverá similares a esta em Portugal? For almost 7 years waiting for the final decision and this can be extended ... How many thousands of situations will there be similar to this in Portugal? I have always argued that the Courts, like hospitals, should never be closed.
