| Resumo: | O nosso objectivo é o de proceder a uma análise das características dos registos da chancelaria régia Quatrocentista comparando os dois principais tipos de repositórios: os registos primitivos e os registos reformados provenientes da reorganização efectuada por gomes eanes de Zurara (1410-1473), guarda-mor do Arquivo da torre do tombo, nas décadas de 50, 60 e 70 do século XV. procederemos a uma análise global das práticas de registo e da actividade de produção diplomática dos principais órgãos da governação representados na chancelaria régia. The subject of this text is making an analysis of the development and characteristics of the records of the portuguese royal chanceries in the 15th century comparing the most important types of records: the original records and repaired records from the reorganization produced by gomes eanes de Zurara (1410-1473), guarda-mor’s Archive torre do tombo in the decades of 50, 60 and 70 of the 15th century. We will examine the practice of registration and the diplomatic production of the main sectors of the royal bureaucracy and administration represented in the royal chancery records.
