Resumo: | This article presents discussions provided by a study that proposes to approach the latin texts from the theoretical tools supplied by Linguistics, Semiotics and Modern Rhetoric. The objective is to study how, in the formal arrangement of language, persuasion is builded in the Letter X, from Heroides, by Ovid. Will be discussed, with examples from the original text, in what manner the use of expressive resources (as enunciative marks, figurative resources and particular syntactic construction) produces meaning effects that contribute for the persuasion. |
